「Staff absolutely so lovely, everyone friendly, food really nice, good night in watching the turns playing bingo, made to feel welcome even with the young lads serving in the dining room, would def recommend and will definitely go back, asked to borrow a iron within 5 minutes i had a iron and board brought to my room, beautiful rooms very clean, dont think you would find anywhere as nice and friendly as you do at this hotel 」

「Wonderful staff, very polite, helpful, and they have a great sense of humour. We borrowed the Iron and Iron board from them for free which was fantastic. Great place to stay, will save in my favourites for Blackpool. 」

「Great place to stay, Lukas and his family were so welcoming, had great chat with Lukas in the bar. Great central location too, we wer staying in Blackpool particularly for the Darts at the Winter Gardens, so was great location.」

「They were very friendly and helpful, it would have been better if we had a lower floor has we both where disabled , the room was clean and comfortable but his very tired and needs upgrading, but other that that we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid 」
