「The Staff were amazing, very helpful and while check in we had a confusion as we needed a connected room while booking had booked due to the fact that it had connected rooms, when we arrived after a 4 hrs. drive noticed that the booking was not as per how i booked. however the lady and the housekeeping staff helped to get a room quickly. this is amazing service, the only -ve i would say is the parking fee.」

But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). 「Rooms were good size. Bed was large and comfy. Pillows were comfy. Bathroom was a good size. All very clean. The floors in the room are laminate and could do with a good hoover and mop. Swimming pool was a good size. Sauna and steam rooms were working and usable. Gym was small but had everything needed. £15 parking for 24hr is a let down. If your a staying guest parking should be included. Towels are supplied for use at the pool and gym so you don't have to take them from the room.」

「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」
