「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

Apartment has everything you need and some nice extras (ex: toaster), really appreciated the sparkling water tap in the lobby and they provide jars of basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Staff super friendly and helpful, location very convenient to S-bahn and tram as well as grocery stores. Great spot in Berlin...
