The property is in a convenient location for walking to restaurants, U-Bahn to museums, and grocery shops. Laundry in basement has to be paid for online, which takes a bit to figure out. Bathtub had a weird soft surface. Lighting in the room wasn’t great. Little kitchenette was convenient—even a little dishwasher. Noise from street was a lot, but some units do face courtyard. Staff was helpful, but they have limited daytime hours and don’t arrive until 10 am.

Good value for the money, affordable neighborhood with all services extremely close. The apartment was clean and modern, everything was well organized. There is some construction work going on near the backyard but we were able to sleep well anyway in the mornings. In the evenings it’s quiet and you can have the big windows open. I recommend highly.

Diese Unterkunft hat keine Klima , das Zimmer heizt sich leider doch sehr auf. Alles in allem Haben wir uns wohl gefühlt , die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett . Die Kopfkissen sollten aber ausgetauscht werden . Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. U und s Bahn gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckere Lokale in der Nähe

Das Zimmer im vierten Stock hatte keine Klimaanlage. Fenster aufmachen geht auch nicht, weil eine stark befahrene Straße direkt vor der Tür ist. Das Zimmer war an vielen Stellen schmutzig und nicht richtig gereinigt.

Nena apartments are a low cost means to an end. They offer a quiet place to sleep which is generally fairly clean and comfortable. Bedding is basic but acceptable. The kitchenette had the things you needed. The bathroom had an odd smell but I think that was the body wash they provided you with - similar to a coal tar/smoke smell. An in-room safe would be a plus.

We just stayed for one night. Check in and check out was very easy. All in all, it was really great. Only comment is the curtain was too small in our room, only covering half of the window - maybe the other half was missing? :-) But fortunately, the outdoor shutter (used for the sun) was fine enough to provide privacy and darkness.

Really lovely property in a good area. Variety of shops within easy walking distance. Great communication and self check in available. Great room and very clean. Will definitely be staying here when I'm in Berlin again next year!

Stayed in Berlin for a week and Nena Apartments became a real home. There were some repairs in the laundry room (which we ended up not using after all). No bath tub and no fitted sheets were mildly inconvenient. An instruction how to operate the stove would be helpful, I had to go to ask front desk to help me figure it out

Der Kühlschrank setzte jede Stunde mit einem unfassbar lauten Brummern für 15 Minuten ein. Es war so laut, dass ich dadurch geweckt wurde. Somit war es leider kein erholsamer Schlaf. Habe schon öfter hier geschlafen, es scheint sich vermutlich um einen Defekt in 303 zu handeln.

Great location and easy check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to do laundry using the app. Walkable to many of the main sites, some great neighborhood restaurants. Easy access to transit and the 24 h day pass was easy to download and use.
