「We had 2nd floor room. The occupants upstairs kept walking after 10 pm causing thumping noise every minute. We were unable to sleep. We complained the front desk but didn’t see any improvement. We decided to check out around 11 PM and ended up driving home a day before we planned initially. I think the hotel was new construction with limited insulation material. We requested the manager to contact us for any refund but has not received any call. Very disappointed.」

「The suites are very clean and modern. The pool is great for kids. The waffles are a nice addition to a basic continental breakfast. The cleaning staff were very sweet and helpful.」

「If you need a pass thru place to stay for a night or two then consider this place. Its basic was clean and decent pricing so we'd use again if in area. Everything else in proximity was very expensive and some were old and not great looking so didn't want to pay more for what exactly? Thanks from 2 Canadians 😊」

「This hotel is run down, the main bathroom off of the lobby had a bar of soap that had been reduced to a sliver, no paper towel. The hotel has very old smelly carpet and the floors didn’t seem secure down the corridors. The bed was comfortable and didn’t smell- looked to be a newer mattress but no mattress protector. The bottom sheet was very thin/worn. I would not return to this hotel and maybe drive to Lynnwood area.」
