「The staff was very friendly and check-in in time I had an interaction with them. The AC was on in my room and then it was nice and cool when I arrived. The motel was clean all over.」

Parking lot was in serious need of a clean up. Electronic door lock was slightly faulty. One of the key cards didn't work at all. Toilet needed to be flushed twice to cleanse anything from it. When I turned the hot water on in the tub it came out brown initially. The hot water had a slow drip and the shower head barely...

「The room was very clean. The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of choices. The only things I would have liked to have were some water with ice, and a large bowl of mixed fruit rather than whole apples, bananas, oranges, etc. Except for bananas, whole fruit is awkward to eat. There were juice and milk but no ice water. Even so, we had an enjoyable stay. Whenever possible I like to stay at a Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」
