"Property is well designed and maintained. It is the perfect size for a family/group of 4-5 people. The hosts were very responsive, although we did not really need to ask them for much during our stay. The location is at a bit of a distance from the Big Bear village, so access to restaurants/town ..."

"One of the toilets did not flush. Tried to contact someone multiple times. After several attempts I was messaged back stating that they would put in a work order. "The listing falsely advertised a jacuzzi and upon arrival we realized there was no jacuzzi at e cabin. The window coverings were old and broken. The bedding was visibly dirty and had stains all over them."
