「Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.」

「The hotel was advertised as pet friendly on Expedia, charging £20 per stay for a dog. I was surprised to be messaged by the management a week before my stay (even though I've booked 3 weeks prior) informing me that I will be charged £30 per night for my dog. I'm glad to say they did honour the advert content and charged me £20 in the end. Another thing is: even though I've pre paid when I booked when I arrived they had problems retrieving my payment (via Expedia) and I was asked to come to...

「The steps up to the rooms are quite steep. Room 21 was very small; it is much smaller than any room we’ve stayed in before. Managing two large suitcases required strategic piecemeal unpacking and repacking. The twin beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent.」

「We really enjoyed our stay - this is our second time staying at this hotel. Fairly affordable and easy access to the NEC which is only a short drive away. The room was tidy and clean and we also had a fan in the room which was very welcome given the warm weather. I only had breakfast at the hotel once, but the staff were really helpful. I asked if they had any sweet vegan options and they went back into the kitchen and got me a really lovely lemon and poppy seed muffin.」
