「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...

「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」

「It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.」

「Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town (so the roads around are narrow and hilly - but so is most of Istanbul) The area is safe, bustling with local shops and literally a 10 minute walk from all the famous sights in the old town. That includes the ferries and cruise suppliers. The rooftoo restaurant has exactly the views you see in the hotels website...its beautiful having breakfast and evening meal up there. We used the spa and you can use all the amenities including pool, sauna, steam room...
