「Staff was very good from the front desk to the waiters. Ocean view was amazing. I have stayed here 2x. Their food was delicious. Appreciate that there is yoga in the morning and that I could get iced triple espresso on the property.」

「We have stayed here several times and each time is always good. The rooms and amenities are always clean. The staff is nothing but friendly. The hotel itself is a little older, and you can see that in the bathrooms and stuff, but it’s a good stay for the money. They have their own beach access and do not charge an arm and a leg for parking. Overall, this will be our go to spot to stay when we visit」

「Great location but that's about all it had going for it. The place was pretty run down and didn't have any working amenities like ice machine, laundry room etc. The room we stayed in wasn't very clean and all the linens were stained. I would probably not stay there again.」

「The room offers a comfortable and inviting space. The pool is clean and refreshing, with easy access to the ocean, allowing for relaxing moments by the water. The beach is beautiful, providing a tranquil setting to enjoy nature's beauty. 」

「Beach view and access was worth the dampness of the room expected from an older building's location on the beach. A surprising daily parking fee of $23/night was not appreciated. Comment was that there is such a daily parking fee by hotels(even for people renting rooms) along the whole stretch of beach Entire staff very friendly and courteous 」

「We had a short, but great stay at the Inn on the Avenue. The check-in was easy, location is great, and the host were super friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the AM, so we missed breakfast. However, we plan to return when we have a bit more time.」
