"In dem Haus gibt es im ersten OG 3 Zimmer, welche wohl an Montage Arbeiter vermietet werden. Ebenso befindet sich dort das Gemeinschaftsbad. Im EG ist die Küche und ein WC, sowie das Familienzimmer. Es ist echt ekelhaft, wenn man ständig das WC von Fäkalien befreien muss, der Müll nicht geleert wird und die Dusche auch etwas vergammelt ist. Es wurde die ganze Woche weder das WC noch das Bad, noch die Küche gereinigt. Unseren eigenen Dreck Weg machen, kein Problem. Montage Arbeitern hinterher...

"The location of the hotel was amazing, especially since I had an early morning flight. The room was clean. My only issue was that my flight arrived earlier in the day and the staff acted annoyed that I had showed up earlier than the check in time. Given their location at an airport, you'd think they'd be used to such situations, but they definitely were not. Their rudeness made me rethink whether I was to use this hotel again."

"Check in, and check out were very easy. The staff was very helpful, professional and courteous. The property is only two stops away using the train, which is across the street from the hotel. Unfortunately, no amenities or any stores close by. Bus 171 takes you to a close by stop (Rudow) for food and shopping for some necessities. Great stay."

"My room was air-conditioned which I loved, being that this summer in Europe has been exceedingly hot. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped set me up with their WiFi system which is essential when traveling overseas. This was my second stay at this hotel this summer as I had two plane trips out of Berlin. It is very convenient and amazingly affordable given the quality of the rooms and its proximity to the airport. I was able to get a good nights sleep prior to the long flight to the US. I didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on their food. With the airport next door it is easy to step into the Rewe supermarket or one of the kiosks for a quick meal."

"The property appeared very well taken care of. The staff was friendly and communicated with me very well in English. They had no obligation to do so, but they did it for me. I appreciate that above all else. There were other amenities at the property such as a gym and a sauna that I had no use for since my health is not appropriate for such activities. However, knowing that you can eat, work out, relax in a sauna and then go back to the room for a very nice shower in a very nice bathroom, in the same building is something worth considering. The room was very clean and the subway station is about 2 minutes walking distance. Very convenient if you are busy. There is a grocery store right by the subway station and a couple of restaurants that serve fresh food if you prefer something different. I would definitely return to the same hotel if I ever go back. I am very thankful to the staff."
