So much better than expected!! so many food shops in the area and so much to do! There’s also a train station right outside which is very convenient. Beware of the no air con tho ! we were boiling!! There was a fan however

Transport links good, grocery stores and restaurants very nearby, beds very comfortable, bathroom excellent. Clean. Very small, no built in air con, but portable unit provided- the weather wasn't very hot (approx 21C) luckily otherwise would have been unbearably hot. Window wouldnt shut. Noisy in the day but surprisingly quiet at night so got a good nights sleep.

Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt für den Preis. Leider sehr laut dort, aber mit Ohrenstöpsel in der Nacht ok. Die Unterkunft selbst fühlt sich sicher an, die Gegend ist dafür nicht so toll. Die Bahn fährt direkt ums Eck und auch der Supermarkt ist innerhalb von 5 Laufminuten zu erreichen.

Super Unterkunft, Check In hat leider nicht so gut geklappt da das Zimmer noch nicht geräumt worden war. Und die Küchengeräte würde ich vorher selber nochmal waschen bevor ich sie wirklich benutze, ansonsten super angebunden an die S-Bahn und nur mit einer Station ist man schon im Herzen von Neuköln wobei man sich eigentlich schon in Neuköln befindet.

La propiedad es muy bonita y tiene lo básico, está cerca de la estación del metro y del tranvía, el único pero es que no tiene aire acondicionado y en esta época está haciendo mucho calor, sumado a eso para 4 personas no puede ser porque se hace muy pequeño, para 2 o 3 maximo personas quedaría perfecta

Fine for what we needed. We didn’t stay much in the room. We were surprised that the train was right outside our window. The area of town was a little rough—but we just made sure to go out all together. The host is very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy.
