"The blonde woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. She makes you feel like an inconvenience. No hello, no have a nice stay, not even a point towards the elevator. She didn't say much more than "credit card", and "you could take the stairs but you have all that luggage". (a roller and a backpack). Wow, lady. Also, paid for a room with a jet tub that was just a bathtub - the jets didn't work. There are other places nearby where "jetted tub" means a whole hot tub in the room, and the jets actually work. "

"Room wasn’t super clean but it was okay there’s some mold in places but other then that it was great along with the staff being great as well! "

"Resident above stomped around room until midnight, and started up again at 6am :-( Not the operator's fault, but does speak to the thin floors on the upper story. Next time, I'll ask for an upstairs room."
