「Really lovely clean room. Bed was very big and the room was clean. The area is very quiet and it is a good 25 minute walk to the busy areas. It is a little bit uphill on the walk back! Close to a train station and the buses are good. 」

「Perfect Apartment in the old City of Bilbao. Very clean and for a family of four perfect with 3 beds. Your are staying in the pedestrian area and have a nice view from your window to the buzzeling crowed. Only small disadvantage is the way to the parking, as we had Four big luggages. Would stay definately again, as everything was very digital and per WhatsApp, which made it easy. Bilbao as City was gar better and exiting as expected.」

「Fantastic location in the centre of the city just a short walk from the main food and drink square and close to the market. Compact rooms very clean and modern. Excellent staff. But no car park so need to use one of the ones nearby. 」

「The location is perfect for a day tour at Bilbao. Right next to the Guggenheim Museum within walking distance to the old city, other tourist spots and nice restaurants.」

「Very convenient facility and good staffs , but it's too long to clean the room by 4 days. The environment is not very safe.」

「Hotel is nice and staff was great. Excellent water pressure in the shower! Close to old city and many attractions. The unfortunate part is that there are many pickpockets about and you must be constantly vigilant. 」

「Sercotel Ayala is in an excellent location being convenient for both the old town and other attractions such as the Guggenheim. Our room was spacious and very quiet despite facing the street. Pleasant staff. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast. Would happily stay again. 」

「We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. The room is incredible with our own very spacious exterior covered deck/patio space. The restaurant within the hotel is not only reasonable for prices but the quality is very, very good. Didn't know this until a few...

「Nice place. Good facilities with gym and cafe. Minimal amenities provided in rooms as it is a student residence. The digital key fob gave me some trouble. 」
