「We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. The staff was friendly, attentive and willing to share any tips and tricks to help us during our visit. House keeping came in and everyday. 「Personeel behulpzaam en het ontbijt goed. Parkeren heel prettig maar de kamer was slecht gordijnen stuk douche deuren stuk en de 1e avond geen televisie. Ik had geen keuken en stond we bij de beschrijving.」

「It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. It has everything in it and an amazing spa. The staff is very nice and the service is outstanding. Specifically Laura from the reception was so nice always did above and beyond to make us feel great.」

「This hotel is located right in front of the lake and extremely convenient to travel by train and boat. It has a beautiful restaurant and views from the room and restaurant are spectacular and it is a gem to stay at lake Brienz.」

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「Staff was amazing, great location and property. My only gripe is flies, yes flies EVERYWHERE. In the restaurant and room. We left windows open for 20 minutes and counted 12 flies on the room. Dinner, there were easily 10 flies at our table alone. This is common in the area so I don’t blame the hotel. I was told the cows are the reason」
