「我們三位成人住家庭房，有一張雙人床，兩張雙人壘床，可住六人。家人房位置在大路傍，打開窗便是街道，缺乏私穩。浴室空間也有限。此外，一齊都滿意，免費泊車，早歺好味，員工服務親切。」

「This hotel is under renovation. The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned/ sanitized. There were flies buzzing in the hotel, in our room and in the breakfast area. On a positive note, I liked the area of the hotel though, it’s closed to the bus stop. The views were amazing! The breakfast was great too.」

「We are from Australia and treat everyone with courtesy and respect. The waiter in the morning Breakfast Room was very rude. Can't remember his name. Starte with Y. Tall guy, with a beard, white shirt and black trousers. The coffee machine was not working and the coffee was not hot. So I requested him to make it hot. He said he will do it only for one day but never again. The next day I had the same problem. When I requested him he rudely said NO. It did not take him more than 2 minutes...

「Magnificent mountain views. Although it is not close to the train station, everything is within walkable distance. (10 minutes walk to all facilities) Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with sweeping choices.」

「Murren was loveliest swiss village with the most incredible views of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau mountains. Lots to do nearby and easy transportation to/from everything in the region. This hotel is designed in very good taste, food is outstanding, staff friendly and the room was great. You can’t go wrong here. We stayed in a Senior Suite with our 2 children (2 bedrooms, 2 bath plus living area).」
