「The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. 「Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and well set up. The free breakfast provided a variety of choices and seating available.」

「Room & view were great. Prob the best in Lake Geneva. Restaurant & bar had really friendly & attentive team members. However, the hvac fan ran all night & sounded like a loud jet engine & the thermostat was very difficult to understand. The display timed out very quickly so if you didn’t know what to do, you had to start over. This was a big miss I think, and the only directions in the book were “call the front desk” :(」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Once you adjust expectations, it is a decent place. We arrived at night to a barely lit property and foyer furnished w/60's/70's furniture. Those made me nervous, but once inside the room, it was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff was very nice. 」
