「Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience.」

「Room was clean, staff was helpful」

「It is the Queen Mary. She is 91 years old. You are going to be staying there for the historic value, or if you are a marine/naval enthusiast. The hotel stay essentially includes admission for the length of your stay, meaning you will have basically parts of boat all to yourselves for plenty of photo opportunities. Enjoy sunrise and sunset onboard; great colours for those who chase golden hours. Check-out is at 11 AM, but they don't kick you out until they close again, or until your parking pass...

「我们晚上入睡住，酒店门口不亮，我们找不到门口入住，感觉不安全」

「This was one of the best finds in a long time. Everything here is amazing... well except the ginormous sex toy I found in the safe right before we checked out. You will spend an extra 25 bucks a night for parking 1 block away, but that was a non issue. Walk was fast, safe, nice area. Great food options near by. Beds are super comfortable. Water pressure wasn't good in my room, but sister in-laws room had great water pressure, so I give the shower head a pass, it happens.」

「The Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean. It's close to Disney with a free and secured parking. Really enjoy the stay.」

「很干净很不错 staff very nice 👍 」

「We stayed here for 5 nights and the housekeeping was only done once, so I am not satisfied because we rented two large rooms and there were 4 people in each room. They should change the bath towels every day. The bed sheets were only changed once.」

「Nice experience.」

「This place was absolutely PERFECT everything about it was so enjoyable. Whenever I am in California again I will be staying here! A+ staff so sweet and friendly」

「Gold」

「前台人手很不足，最可怕的是停车场，本以为交了停车费应该停车很方便，跟本没有停车的位置，停车需要走很远！每次去开车都要走10分钟！」
