"At the time of our stay, we found the room to be large, clean and the bathroom had grab bars in the shower. The location was great especially as it was near the Metralink and Amtrak station. The people at the front desk were professional and very helpful specifically Reggie and Kat. The Grand Hall bar and restaurant were very nice and we especially enjoyed the light shows. The servers at the Grand Hall were also really great . A shout out to Brittany who talked to us and made us feel welcome. There were no USB ports to charge our phones but we did manage to charge them. Other hotels have been adding these to the rooms. Overall a great time!!!"

"This hotel was probably one of tbe absolute best Ive ever stayed in. The 530 "KickOff" was amazing and the room was clean. However what really put this place over the top was the staff. Ive never seen such friendly, kind, and caring people all in one place. We had such a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel was beautiful. And the view of the arch was a great bonus. Me and my daughters had a great stay and theire breakfast buffet was amazing. Rhey also have somerhing called kickback where you get free food and adults get 3 free drinks. "

"Hotel staff is very helpful/friendly. Good coffee in the lobby. Slept really well in the comfortable bed. Convenient to downtown St. Louis. Hotel is a bit dated but it is in an old building, so that's to be expected. Would recommend."
