We booked here because Ortisei was full, and in the end we liked St. Cristina even more TO IMPROVE: -Cleaning is not included, and they charge EUR 55 if you don’t wash the dishes and take out the rubbish -Check-in is 100% self-service, which feels a bit uncomfortable at first, but in the end everything worked smoothly and quickly"

"We spent 7 days early March and had an outstanding experience. The food was terrific both breakfast and dinner. Our room was always clean and comfortable. The ski storage room was very helpful. The location to everything in Ortisei is extremely easy to access. Our group definitely were all pleased with our decision to stay here. The dining staff we could not quite figure out if they disliked us or avoided us but we thanked them for taking such good care of us throughout the week. The final bill included drink charges that we were confused by how that was tallied during the week but I knew to have some flexibility in the final cost for these adjustments since it is a vacation to enjoy and take pleasure. We will certainly consider staying again at this family owned wonderful hotel. "
