"Waking up to this view outside of our villa was unbelievable. Our villa had everything we could’ve asked for from the a/c, cookware, fridge and microwave we couldn’t ask for anything more. "We had an excellent stay. The facility was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. There is a type of sea weed that is creating a terrible smell on the coast, and that is definitely present, but it isn’t something that the facility itself has any control over. But just so visitors are aware there is a definite smell all over the island. But the Grand Caribe resort itself was beautiful and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. It was a girls trip with 3 of us and we each had our own suite with a bathroom which was amazing. Highly recommend. Safe and lots of security, not that I ever felt like we needed it, really. Great options for excursions through the concierge as well. "
