Came here for my birthday with my boyfriend and the stay was amazing only thing was bad was the sargasm! We got oceanfront suite so it was unfortunate we had to come at this Season but definitely will be back with family!

The property is nice. It’s about a one hour drive from the resort to San Pedro via car. The resort had a golf cart available for rent to take on a day outing. The drive to the city via golf cart is about 1hour 20min. I felt like we were on our own private jungle tour driving to the city on the golf cart. The road is extremely dark at night so rent the golf cart early so you can enjoy the city before night fall. The mosquitos will carry you away so bring ALOT of bug repellent. Definitely need pants for night time.

Our stay was the best stay we have had so far this property and the staff go above and beyond lots to do the food was excellent. Every time we ate definitely going back the welcome staff yanissa wa extremely helpful. I thought I had left my jewelry behind. They did everything to look for it and I felt bad come to find out. My daughter had took it to Dallas in her suitcase, but I really wanna thank them for accommodating us in every situation that we had.

The staff here is extremely nice. We really enjoyed the activities and the quiet of this place. We played pickleball, painted, swam in the pools. The food was very good and for a little extra you can enjoy a lobster meal. It is far from and off the path of tourism. No noise and I slept ALOT!

Resort was beautiful. Staff was amazing! Traveled July 28-August 1 with young adult children that wanted to experience everything. Sargassum was overwhelming, but resort did send messages ahead of our stay letting us know the situation. Resort is a bit off from all of the excursion activities. I would stay again with just my husband and I for a relaxing, all-inclusive experience. Rooms were very clean. Overall, 8/10.

If you’re looking for a resort that curates and customizes to your every need this is the resort for you. The rooms are immaculate, the service is out of this world, by the second day every person knew the names of our party, their drink preferences, food allergies . I never heard the word NO from the staff, whether it be breakfast for dinner, or custom meals, it was only if we have the ingredients we will make it for you. When my bags did not show up at the airport, the staff went out of their way to pick me up clothing to get me through the interim. My daughter got sick the staff picked up the medication, and made special arrangements to get it to her. I have been to many five star resorts in Cancun, Dominican, Costa Rica, Cabo San Lucas, and I have never had an experience that was better. This is not the largest resort, they create intimate unique experiences for each group in a beautiful environment with a passion and love for their guests. I can’t wait to visit again.

Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon and stayed 5 nights. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so nice and they truly went above and beyond. The food was excellent. Everything we had was so good. Our room was clean and plenty of towels and well air conditioned. There weren’t too many people staying here when we came so it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves. The pool was well kept and there was always a bartender or staff member available if needed. Communication was also very very good. I was contacted to set up our arrival and was picked up by a taxi and brought to their welcome center and a boat took us to the resort from there. Going through some of the other reviews I was skeptical of how the service and amenities were going to be but we took a chance and booked. Definitely did not regret it. The resort is remote however if you want to get away to relax this is the perfect place. The only downside was that there was a lot of sargassum when we went so couldn’t swim in the ocean. This was communicated to us before hand and our room was upgraded due to the inconvenience. I cannot stress enough how great this resort was and how awesome the food was. For a relaxing vacation you must go!!!

The property was very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar. The food was very good, but not much variety unfortunately. The staff itself was amazing, very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The AC was perfect! The fridge was stocked with beer and soda. The only negative thing would be the sargassum (sea weed). They have no control over it. The smell (rotten eggs) was very hard to get used to at first, but we eventually got used to it. Don’t plan on going to the beach directly in front of the property. I would definitely go back again because the resort was very comfortable and the staff was so great! You also have a view of the coral reef and boat shuttles that take you to San Pedro several times a day for other excursions. There are also golf carts for rent that you can drive to go to Secret Beach to get your beach fix.

The sargassum infestation made this a complete waste of money. Most people plan trips 6 months in advance, like I did. This was a complete waste of money. There were at most 5 people at the property, no one gave us the word or a gigantic discount for this trip. Many lessons learned. The biggest is that I will never use Expedia again. Back to Costco Travel. They know how to treat their customers.
