「Enjoyed our stay!!」

「The staff were super friendly and this hotel seemed busy so you know they are working hard. I chose this hotel for the price and location and because it featured an indoor and outdoor pool plus a hot tub. Upon arrival I was informed that the outdoor pool was not available nor was the hot tub. Bummer. The indoor pool was a dark shad of blue/green—the same as the outdoor pool. This didn’t look amazing. I was also disappointed that no one came to maintain our room and we were there for 4 nights. I...

「TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again.」

「Found leftover items from previous guest in the room. Stains on pillows and burn holes in the bed comforter. Website listed “luxury amenities” like bathrobes to which there were none. Unexpected $50 damage deposit fee, not listed on website. Thankful for the early check in but would not book again.」

「These rooms are huge! Plenty of space to spread out, sofas, chairs etc... I like the courtyard with the natural light as well.」

「We killed a brown recluse spider in the bathroom. They only had 3 towels in the room and no face towels. Had to ask each day I was there for more towels. The bathroom was dirty and had dirty all in the corners. Breakfast was cereal and hard biscuits with sausage. Pancake machine was out of order. Sign advertises best breakfast, but thats a lie! Also the door could be pushed unless. The hinge was broken on it and when mentioned to on duty staff, he said we would need to wait til the morning when...

「It's quiet. The rooms are clean if you have issues Maintenance is pretty quick to get around and take care of it. The staff is friendly loads of parking.」

「The room was huge with a large sectional . The toilet flushed. The shower and sink worked. There wasn't any bugs BUT there was no microwave or mini fridge also the tv in the bedroom didn't work, there was no trash cans. The front desk was rude especially the lady the guy was nicer than her but they added taxes on a day but not any other day which was annoying.」
