「Check-in was not smooth. No one was at the desk and among the many signs on the window was a hand-written note to call 2 numbers if checking in late. It was only 830pm. We were initially put us in a king bed only room even though had reserved a double queen. They did fix it, though. Rooms were very dated. TV did not work in room. Beds were very soft. Air conditioner only worked in one room. Faucet over tub leaked into tub. When I checked out, no-one was in office and lights were off.」

「I had to precheck in provide my card for there to be hold, to have to present my card again at check in for a second hold. No one should have their incidentals held twice. There was mold in the wall of the bathroom. Two towels provided for a double queen room of 4 booked occupants and well lets just say we ended up going to Walmart to buy towels that were thicker than paper. The sheets had old stains, Which is whatever, but I spent the next 3 days at the chiropractor. We got a notice about sorry...

「This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hallways flooded bugs everywhere, bed was horrible, sheets smelled like body order, absolutely no amenities,no ice machine. People arguing, police on the property. Smelled like marijuana. Do not stay here.」
