"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, and their attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is another highlight. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options that cater to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel has easy access to public transport, making it convenient to explore the city. While I regret not having the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, I did enjoy a lovely cup of coffee there on my day of check-out. The coffee was delightful, and the staff once again made the experience pleasant with their friendly demeanor. Overall, I highly recommend Chateau Royal for those visiting Berlin."
