"This hotel is conveniently located near Friedrichstraße Station, so is close to transport links, shops and restaurants, but down a side street so with little passing traffic. There is a good German restaurant right next door. The interior of the hotel is nicely decorated and seemed well maintained. There is a small pool in the basement, it seemed clean but a little unloved. If you want a bathrobe it's a extra €5, which seemed a bit cheeky given that it's not a cheap hotel. Our room was a decent size, with a TV, fridge, and kettle. The beds/pillows were comfortable. When we needed reception they were helpful and friendly. We didn't book breakfast at the hotel as it seemed very expensive (€25), but there are several cafes nearby. We ate at the Checkpoint restaurant once, the staff were nice but there was a long delay when one of our main courses was brought out but the other one wasn't for well over 30 minutes. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to most of the sights of central Berlin. We had a nice stay but weren't there a lot."

"Titanic is a luxurious, well maintained, conveniently located oasis in the middle of Berlin. Room had everything - comfy bed, working desk, spacious bathroom with large shower enclosure. Worked well for me for a leisure and business combo. Spa was a treat. fitness space had a wide range of equipment, massage from Carlos was bliss. Kevin made our spa days special - thank you both. Guvinder handled every question with patience 🙂. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and will definitely be back. Thanks"

"Loved our stay at the Steigenberger hotel am kanzleramt. Great location right next to the Berlin hbf. The breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from and omelettes to order. The only slight negative was the air conditioning didn't really cool the air."

"I did like my stay here, but the reason why I gave it four stars was that they do not clean all of their bedding in between each guest, which is disgusting. They don’t clean the blankets between each guest nor the bottom sheet.. this is just not sanitary. So if you stay here, please request new ones! I did like they had free coffee and tea all day.. they also had a hairdryer and iron that you could put a € 10 deposit.. which was OK. The other thing I didn’t like about it was smoking was everywhere and it would come through the window windows so the capsule area smelled like smoke.. yes, I’m American so I hate this!"
