We had a wonderful stay at Telegraphenamt over the festive season! Immaculate room with views over the park, a super comfortable bed & fabulous shower! Breakfast was superb - a great selection & a special mention to Daria who was a lovely smiling face to start our day with. We also loved the cosy bar area & drinks by Adam were a great finish or start to our evenings. Five star experience in Berlin.

Wonderful

Fabulous hotel. Beautiful property, great service, and located in a wonderful older part of the city. Only minor quibble is the food service is quite slow (food is good!), so allow ample time to dine in the hotel.

Great hotel, the building has lots of character and rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated with views of the park. Location was perfect with lots of shops and bars in walking distance, close to the Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station too if you want to go further afield. Breakfast was excellent, a varied selection of cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries alongside hot food. The hotel bar served fantastic cocktails, though it was a shame the Root restaurant space now operates from the hotel bistro (breakfast area) and had only a limited number of options on the menu. The beautiful atrium space is now for events, as a hotel guest I would have loved to dine there, especially as the atrium is so heavily featured in marketing photographs. There was a conference and a wedding party using the facilities whilst we stayed at the hotel, which made the breakfast area quite busy, however staff dealt well with this. Overall, a great stay and I would happily return.

Excellent hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious and the gym was possibly the best gym I've ever had in a hotel. The only comment I'd make to fellow travellers is that the provided shampoo, conditioner etc is all natural and doesn't have the usual lather and scent that you may be used to so you may want to bring your own. That said, very happy with my stay there and would recommend it to others.

Stunning hotel right where you wanna be

Imposing building recently renovated steeped in history. Room was very spacious overlooking the Berlin TV Tower. Check in was easy, welcoming as was the superb room we had. Breakfast is first class and we enjoyed it twice. Check-out went smoothly too and they held our bags so we Could do more touring of Berlin. Will be our go-to hotel for all things Berlin in future.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff were all very welcoming… the location was convenient and quiet…the photos of the hotel and the rooms do not do it justice. The bed was super comfortable and the room was a very high standard. I will definitely stay there again 💕
