Staff were helpful and welcomed wih a hello and a smile. This is an eco friendly hotel so cleaning isnt done every day but if you request it rooms will be cleaned everyday, staff informed us of this, room signs and the info pack also tell you this. Room was spacious, if you like firm pillows ask for extra when checking in. Late checkout time was helpful along with long breakfast time. Breakfast had good selection always being replenished. "
