This is a wonderful property with nice personal touches, whether it’s a welcome note with some chocolates, staff who acknowledges you by name when you come to breakfast, a terrific breakfast bar, great drinks and snacks in the bar, but also super comfortable rooms with all the amenities. In addition, the hotel is very quiet but only minutes away from 2 S-Bahn stops. This will become our go-to hotel in Berlin!

Expedia did not declare that the restaurant/bar were closed for what was, during the day, quite a noisy refurbishment. Breakfast service was slow and limited buffet options. Room service was awful. Check-in staff quite abrupt. Told me that I would receive Bonvoy points as ‘that wasn’t my card’. She had input the number incorrectly. No apology given. Overall very poor.
