"The hotel shuttle never picked up from the airport. And the number to call kept hanging up or disconnecting and was unreachable. Ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. Enough people apparently complained that even the morning hotel shuttle person explained the process that you had to call the phone number, which would only be useful if they answered the phone or connected you back to the hotel shuttle. "

No mention of a refund. I had to pull off the highway late at night and call Expedia for help. Luckily, Expedia made it right and I stayed at the Sheraton in Wilmington, which I loved. "

Ine night at 2am i had to do to the front desk looking for sheets and towels after i left them in the hallway that morning and being told my room would be serviced. I had to clean my own tub"
