「I was quite upset and very disappointed in the fact that I specifically booked a wheelchair accessible room only to be given a room that was on the second floor that had no elevator and had to go up and downstairs, and the room was not wheelchair accessible in the fact that the bathroom could never accommodate a wheelchair so I was quite upset as my husband wasn’t able to stay with us」

「Had a great stay. The location, price, the view, and the amenities were great. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and I also appreciated that housekeeping stopped by in the early afternoon, not the morning. My only feedback would be for the bed. It was too soft for side sleepers and caused some back/hip pain.」
