「Clean room, Greta location, nice staff.」

「The hotel is very old. They’ve made recent renovations which were obvious but it could have used more updated appliances and amenities. The comforter was dirty with a stain on it. The tv was outdated and small. The bed was also very creaky and not terribly comfortable. The air conditioning in the room made a high pitched noise all night and the noise from loading trucks outside every morning was loud.」

「Amazing stay, Owner was very helpful and gracious. Was clean and updated! I recommend the evening 4 course meal as well as breakfast. Take the St Marys glacier trail....just a short 20 min walk from the lodge to the trailhead. Incdedible view of the glacier and apline lake.」

「Our room was very dirty and the shower had hair and a clump of something gross in it. We actually chose NOT to shower because it was so gross. Breakfast was disappointing, so we didn't even grab anything (coffee was good!). On the bright side, the receptionist was very upset it wasn't clean, and she was super helpful in giving us recommendations for dinner! I probably would not stay here again, but I think there is hope if they can get their cleaning staff situated!」

「Rooms were clean and had a unique design then regular hotels. It’s an older but beautiful upgraded Mansion like place. Easy parking close to your room. Nice location on a hillside.」

「Someone had spilled burnt wood/charcoal (from what?) just outside my rooms door and the major pieces were mostly picked up but not vacuumed during my stay. My other concern was that I could not figure out how to get consistently warm water to take a shower. I don't think the listing prepared me for such a large facility I was thinking it would be more quaint so indications to the vast size would have help me make an informed decision. ( I am not a resort skier )」
