「前台服务态度需提高」

「amazing place to stay!」

「Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.」

「One of the main reasons we chose your indoor Pickle-ball !!!!! And upon checking in at your front desk we questioned your host. Everything she told us, the court was nice, a lot of people used it, people were limited to 30 minutes on the court to allow everyone to have a chance and I could go! The truth is the court is a liability. The room is not suited for a court, The width does not allow for the net. The court boundary is wall to wall and should have 2 to 4 feet around the court for...

「The room facilities are modern.」

「Front desk staff checking in very polite and attentive, gave several options for dining as we arrived late we missed the fine dining but enjoyed the food at the fireside, then went up to the pool and enjoyed the hot tubs both inside and outside very nice. One complaint was in the room not sure if it was just the sheets or towels as well but didn’t seem to be cleaned very well as the bed had a little stain in the sheets but then there was also quite a bit of hair from a previous guest, which is...

「Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

「What I did not like was having to download an app to sign into the property and front desk people were not there when we got there during lobby hours. Another group helped us to get our room and room code.」

「This is definitely a motel. The cleanliness was… fine. Everything I guess was fine. The room we stayed in had a huge stain in the carpet, which was unfortunate. The staff was helpful but definitely was just fine.」
