"My stay was great, the staff was very helpful and polite. here are my only concerns. When i returned from an outing the cleaning person was inside my room cleaning, I think that if there cleaning a guest room that are still booked to the property they should leave the door open. I was shocked to open the door and find someone inside. Also the parking is very low. if you have a very tall SUV i would not recommend parking in the basement as the top might hit all the low hanging things in there. Other then that my stay was great. I saw but did not use the work out area which is very big with all the equipmnt you could ever need. I was also surprised to find in that area a bank of old school phones, I think they work, it really brought back memories."

"i tried to speak with the hotels.com but i couldn’t reach a live agent to share my horrible experience at this hotel. the hotel is absolutely in need of major repairs! rooms are so hot and they have a strong humidity odor that doesn’t go away with anytime of air freshener!! ac do NOT work properly, carpet has stains everywhere, the walls has soda stains and slowly peeling from humidity, beds aren’t clean they have some sort of bugs. bathroom is so tiny, the shower is RUSTY!!! the hallway isn’t clean. the elevator doesn’t not operate properly and has an expired registration. i couldn’t stay at the hotel i even asked the front desk to see if i could a relocate to a different room but i was informed that all the rooms has the same ac unit which doesn’t operate properly. i wanted to stay in a clean room with a cold room but that hotel couldn’t provide neither. i checked in at 8:10pm and couldn’t take it i checked out at 10:30pm. i do NOT justify paying that hotel $100+ a night. i would like to get a refund. ps: The hotel advertises online that “available parking” but once you get to the front desk they have a signs says it’s $20 a day and parking first comes first served. so you pay $20 and you have a 50/50 chance to park??????!!!! asked them and they say yes $20 but parking space isn’t guaranteed…."

"The hotel charged me $6 for two small "complementary" bottles of water that were left in my room. Also, there was a large group of youth staying at the hotel at the same time who were very loud and kept waking me up because of the late night noise"
