「Charming quintessential New England historic B&B. The owners/host were very gracious and accommodating. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious. 「A very quaint, old fashioned style ( pine paneling) motel. It was very comfortable and roomy. It had a comfortable bed, a good sized refrigerator, great shower and bathtub, and tasty Continental breakfast with great coffee. In addition, it is located about a 5-10 minute drive from a stretch of beaches. Greg and his staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return here.」

「On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above」

「The Uncommoner was absolutely charming! Perfect for a family stay, with a beautiful pool, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. We did breakfast at the picnic tables and closed out each night by the fire pits. Its location made day trips around the Cape so easy, and we loved coming back each evening to relax.
