「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Everything was as pictured online and even better in person. The room was very clean! The shower had excellent water pressure! 「GREAT location. We felt very safe. There is a street car stop right on the corner. The hotel is within walking distance of French Quarter. Dining options are also within walking distance. Our room was nice and our beds were confortable.We loved the pool and enjoyed the breakfast and the evening kickbak daily -- There was always a nice selection of food.and beverages. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. 「Wonderful staff, a short distance from many doors and entertainment options. Short term Parking is available to load and unload when arrive but off-site parking needs to be used for long term. The parking is not far but recommend an umbrella incase you get caught in heavy rain.」
