"Overall yes. The pool was having some maintenance and was closed for several of the days. We did have the option to use the sister property’s pool but it was an outdoor pool and it was a little to cool for the outside pool."

"The staff was very friendly. The room was clean but the elevators were in bad shape, the key didn't work to get in the building, my key didn't work to get in my room, (but they did send someone with a new key), the carpet was absolutely filthy, and my room smelled dirty even though it appeared to be clean. I didn't use the pool, but I did go to the lobby for coffee. It was packed with children putting their hands in everything. It was a mess! And the coffee was right next to the juice in the very small food area, so it took forever just to get a cup. The breakfast area was too small and too crowded. But the staff was so nice!"
