「Hotel is very nice, it was our 3rd time visiting, however, we requested a low floor through Expedia, which they couldn’t accommodate, very disappointing, went several times to move to a lower floor, without success. We had entertainment daily in the past, not this year, very limited. There was extreme banging from construction next door, which all of the guests were upset by, understandably, out of control by the hotel, wish an ordinance would have limited that, with a resort right next door....

「This is an amazing hotel! Every staff member was kind, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. 」

「The property was very nice/clean. Not to mention the special air filtration systems in the rooms which is great for anyone with allergies. We felt some of the restaurant options were a little pricey and just ordered take out from the Italian restaurant. The drinks/bar by the adult pool are expensive and then they charge you a resort fee. Didn't we pay enough for the room per night? For two Long Island Ice Teas with gratuity was about $45!! Bring your own beverages and put it in a travel cup...

「Clean and modern apartment and we stayed on first floor. Walking distance to beach with hot tub and pool. Not really walking distance to bars/restaurants so probably best to have a car. Worth the price.」

「We had originally booked 2 nights. We left early the following morning, even tho we'd paid already. Green algae/slime coating the primary window. The secondary window looked rough; as if it had been broken at some point and poorly replaced. The pillows were quite flimsy so bring your own from home. The comforter on the bed is super thick and heavy; just perfect for Vermont, but here in FL!!??? TOO HOT. Offer cotten blankets, please. I used only the thin sheet, which was uncomfortable and...

「Our stay at Anchor Inn may have been short, but it was so sweet! The space was absolutely amazing, and we already can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Sanibel. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, and adding an early check-in was seamless and hassle-free. We loved every minute and would definitely recommend it!」

「This was the perfect cottage for my family of 4 to spread out and not be on top of each other like a hotel room. We used the provided bikes every morning. Loved biking. The proximity to the beach with the provided umbrella, chairs, towels and wagon was awesome. Loved our stay!」
