「The room was very clean, staff was super nice, it was very organized as to check in and access to the office.」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Checking was quick and easy. Tim (desk manager) was so great. He was professional, polite and provided useful information for my stay. My room, was clean, spacious and wonderfully air conditioned. The breakfast buffet was delicious, seating outdoors and near the pool made it extra enjoyable.」

「This property is undergoing a brand change so maybe that is part of the issue. Location is great - close to the highway, the UTC, and even historic downtown and marina areas. However - the hotel is LOUD. The road traffic is almost unbearable in the middle of the night. I think the odd rooms are on the more quiet side of the hotel (maybe). Maybe some hurricane windows would help. The walls are paper thin. The AC is old and you can smell the mustiness. The fan feature of the AC doesn’t stay on...

「Needed to extend my stay for an extra night due to work. Asked to reserve the extra night thru expedia. By mistake 2027 was selected. When trying to correct this I was not refunded for the mistake reservation. Lost $300 dlls. Still to payed for the correct reservation 2026 date.」
