「My favorite 😍」

「All of it it was amazing !!!」

「I have never been more disappointed with a stay in my life. Death by a thousand papercuts. So many tiny things that add up to a very disappointing stay. Bugs, - Cobwebs along baseboards and in lamps. Not immediately noticeable but apparent as the days went by. Ants - staring the second day we discovered ants into the bathroom and across the stovetop. We ended up having to clean, mop, vacuum bugs carcasses out of the carpet and along the counter every single day. On our vacation. Any...

「This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer.」

「The Bad: Don't book for a same-day stay! I booked at noon for that night and the next. They sent me a text to fill out a form to do a background check/credit review. I had that done around 3. When I arrived at 8:30 pm, it had not been processed yet. It took 20 minutes on the phone to get a code to enter the apartment. The next evening, the code didn't work for me to get back into the apartment. I had to call again. Inside the apartment, there was a constant mechanical humming sound...

「The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. This trip was in September and in December I was finally told they would not refund me nor give me a partial refund for the night I wasn't there. I waited to see if they...

「Amazing property with location very close to the airport. The check in process was very smooth and the staff were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend booking this property if you intend to stay in the austin area.」

「Our group had eight adults and 11 kids. This was the best hotel for our time in Austin. We got units 4 & 5. The two kitchens and two living rooms were perfect for the adults to have one side and the kids to have the other. The price was more than fair for how much room we got. Plenty of things to walk to, especially food and drink wise. Only warning is if you want a quiet hotel at night, then you might look elsewhere. There is a live music venue right next door, so if you aren't planning on...

「roomy and nice location, but the room was too dirty. We had to clean the room before staying」
