The property was clean, convenient for walking to a nearby conference, and very safe. The check in instructions are very helpful, especially since I arrived late at night. There is some inacurate information about the parking. The apartment lease office told me there is patking available at the apartment for $40/night. The instructions from Kasa did not have the correct app for prepurchasing the parking. I did run out of warm shower water both days I stayed, but failed to report it.

6/10 一般般

The property was nice overall, although I felt the price was a little high. The place itself was nice, but unfortunately, the bed had a noticeable body-odor smell. It seemed as though the sheets may not have been washed properly or may have been left damp in the washer. The shower could also use some repairs and maintenance. Aside from those issues, it was a nice place to stay.

This is a great place to stay if you want the downtown experience and want something more than a typical bedroom/bathroom hotel. Our two bedroom two bath with a full kitchen and living room was great, very clean, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend.

From the UK and our first time using Kasa, as well as our first time staying in a condo-style property. We had a very positive experience, with excellent facilities, friendly and helpful residents, and an especially attentive concierge. The well-stocked gym was a pleasure to use, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a welcome touch. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and of a high standard. If you're looking to stay near downtown Austin, this property is very conveniently located. Parking in the downtown area can be challenging, though on-demand transport is plentiful. I would certainly recommend this property to others. Notes of caution: finding the entrance was initially difficult, as the property's information did not clearly identify the building name, which made locating the entrance somewhat difficult upon arrival. In addition, the bedroom was noticeably noisier than the living area, which affected sleep quality. While the living area appeared to be well insulated from outside noise, the bedroom seemed more susceptible to noise from the surrounding area despite both rooms facing the same direction.

WiFi was good, unit was spacious, but there wasn’t a bar in the building, unless you count the “coffee bar” in the community room (which was nice)
