Have better information on the check in process. Upon check in I was asked to pay a non refundable damage fee. That wasn't disclosed upon purchase. I don't like surprises like that.

For the price, id book a hotel nearby instead and much better check in times than the absurd 4pm check in and the cheap memory foam mattress. The property was clean and while there is a kitchen, there isn’t a table nor a chair.

Very nice place to stay, super clean and excellent service. Within walking distance to clubs, dining and The Moody Center. The top floor is a very nice setup for working online privately or just hanging out . There are several offices available to anyone needing that service.
