「I think the 5 star system should be reevaluated… the breakfast in the morning was not great , a lot to choose from but the quality isn’t something I’d expect from 5 stars. The pool & spa were enjoyable. The staff didn’t seem to care nor were very helpful , again not something I’d expect from 5 stars. 「Excellent location. Beautiful large room. Super helpful staff. The fellow at the reception desk carried our luggage up the stairs to our room. When we told him we were headed to the beach, towels and a lovely parasol were provided. This was so appreciated!! Would definitely come here again.」
