「We read reviews as to what to expect, and we got exactly that. The stand out the member of staff was Jose, who was head and shoulders above other members of the Hotel team. The initial room had a stench about it when we first walked in, but given the room has quite nice views, we decided to put the smell down to the room perhaps not being aired, so decided not to say anything.
