「So many roaches, too noisy, no cleaning service in weekends」

「It was very cleanand well stocked, the property owners were very nice and helpful, and the place is in a great location close to everything we wanted to do! Definitely recommend if you need a place in the area!」

「The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!」

「The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.」

「The hotel needs updating. There were holes in my curtains, my carpet was wet, the over all room did not have enough light. But the kicker for me not to continue my stay was the ROACH in my bath room. When i said something the desk clerk. Simply said sorry. Food was decent. There was no ice available other than on the morning and at snack time.」

Not enough towels in the room. When we asked the front desk we were directed to the pool to get towels… would I stay again? Maybe.」

「I was in town for a wedding and needed some clothing shipped ahead to the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating the deliveries with me so that the packages were already in my room upon arrival! Unfortunately, the postal carrier marked a few items as "delivered" when they actually hadn't arrived yet. The hotel staff completely set my mind at ease, assuring me they would track them down and ensure I received them, even if it happened after my departure. Sure enough, the remaining...
