Beautiful new hotel, however they did not upgrade us for VIP because Expedia had not emailed them it was VIP booking! So that was disappointing from Expedia !

The hotel is nice, cleaned, and safe, staffs were nice and helpful. Ran out of body wash soap one day, may be they forgot to fill up. One of the ladies at the noodle soup bar during breakfast was crankied and refused customer requested, but others were nice and polited. Walking distance to many street food vendors and safe. Overall it was a nice stay for 4 night.

The location is great next to shopping malls and the sky train. The hotel is very well maintained and the bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in a hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and they also fill your free minibar every day. A great place to stay in Bangkok

Our stay at chatrium grand was excellent, the room was beautiful, pool and kids play room were a big plus and I can’t say enough about the the club lounge staff Apple, Nueng, Puay, Nubtang and everyone that worked at the club lounge during our stay went above and beyond. Ill definitely be staying here for future visits and recommending to friends traveling to Thailand.

Stayed with my daughter for one nights in a very short trip to Bangkok. We’ve arrived at 9 too early. Saly was so nice and welcoming in the reception. He highlighted that room shall be ready by 2 so we kept our luggage and we came back at 3. The room was ready by that time and Saly escorted us to the room and explain all the amenities. I liked there was complimentary 1 time mini bar and snacks for the guest and they were nice welcome chocolate too. Our luggages were sent later, wish they were there before we arrive. It was little weird that I’m an Expedia vip guest and usually many perks : early check in late, check out , complimentary breakfast and complimentary upgrade upon availability is offered. But was weird that the hotel didn’t grant me any! Ive booked family room which is specious for two, i liked the layout and Thai style decor. Bathroom is nicely lay- out, clean and full of amenities. View from the 30th floor was so nice Pool is in very nice garden in the 7th floor Unfortunately the cafe doesn’t serve any snacks after 9, pool and spa until 8 only which is too early. It mentioned that the hotel is connected to a mall. Which is not the case. Its around 500 m distance but the hotel provides club car to siam paragon mall. Tv was too poor in channels specially in english We’ve checked out early morning with Saly too and it was quick and pleasant. He assisted us to book a taxi and wished us a safe flight.

The room was big and especially the toilet area comes with a big bath tub! We would also like to thank Khun Mac from the front desk to help us to use the carton box to frame up our picture frame which was oversized that we need to check in at the airport. The staff driving the buggy (sorry can’t remember the name) is always smiley and polite.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! Is very easy to go to Siam paragon. The family room is spacious, clean and quiet. The socket outlets in the room allow for universal plugs so you don’t need an adapter and also comes with usb port.

New hotel at Siam!
It is a new hotel within the Siam area which I consider the mid range hotel. We stayed here for the location as most time we don’t hang around our hotel. It’s very nice of them to have a buggy ride from hotel to Siam Paragon between 10am to 10pm & it’s a doable 15 minutes walk to The Platinum mall. For those who likes hard bed type, this hotel is for u. Unfortunate for me I prefer the soft mattress. Would also be great if the hotel can provide a rubbish bin in the room as we have to keep walking back to the toilet to dispose rubbish, not a complaint just a feedback. Thank u for making our stay a pleasant one.
