Stayed with my daughter for one nights in a very short trip to Bangkok.
We’ve arrived at 9 too early. Saly was so nice and welcoming in the reception. He highlighted that room shall be ready by 2 so we kept our luggage and we came back at 3. The room was ready by that time and Saly escorted us to the room and explain all the amenities. I liked there was complimentary 1 time mini bar and snacks for the guest and they were nice welcome chocolate too.
Our luggages were sent later, wish they were there before we arrive.
It was little weird that I’m an Expedia vip guest and usually many perks : early check in late, check out , complimentary breakfast and complimentary upgrade upon availability is offered. But was weird that the hotel didn’t grant me any!
Ive booked family room which is specious for two, i liked the layout and Thai style decor. Bathroom is nicely lay- out, clean and full of amenities.

Pool is in very nice garden in the 7th floor
Unfortunately the cafe doesn’t serve any snacks after 9, pool and spa until 8 only which is too early.
It mentioned that the hotel is connected to a mall. Which is not the case. Its around 500 m distance but the hotel provides club car to siam paragon mall.
Tv was too poor in channels specially in english
We’ve checked out early morning with Saly too and it was quick and pleasant. He assisted us to book a taxi and wished us a safe flight.
