"Firstly, every staff member we interacted with was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The location was also great. We wanted something that was close enough to town but felt like we were actually in the mountains and this was it! The only area of improvement would just be the age of our particular room. While they are actively doing room upgrades around the property, ours happened to be an older one and unfortunately that meant we could hear most of what our neighbors were doing. Our mattress was also fairly firm which is not my personal preference but seemed to work fine for my boyfriend. Overall I think once they finish all the upgrades this will be a 5/5 for me. We look forward to coming back in the future to see what they've done! "

"Loved our stay here. The property and amenities are great - two outdoor hot tubs, a steam room and sauna. Like a mini outdoor spa. Location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. We did find the bedding uncomfortable, so that would be one piece of feedback "

"Room didn’t have a microwave initially but we requested one and they provided it right away. The hot tubs and steam room were nice after a day outside, and never too busy. The restaurant food was good, and the foccacia was DELICIOUS. We ordered it as takeaway for a snack in the room almost every evening. Hotel location is fantastic for walking to the shops or dinner with no need to drive."

" There were two things that I wanted to mention. One was the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner situation. Most places in the US in order to be Eco friendly have dispensers in the room instead of these small plastic field with shampoo and conditioner. I really suggest the owners to consider that. We are talking about hundreds of these little containers that are wasted every day. Whereas dispensers can be refilled and there's no environmental impact. Second was the Mattress. I am 175 pounds and I would sink in deep into the mattress with no support. I actually slept on the floor the last night. I am sure it's a big investment to change mattresses and some people actually prefer soft beds. It would be nice to have a small foam mattress for someone like me to sleep on the floor as an alternative. Other than that, the location was great, and the rooms were clean and functional. We looked at the buffet and it did not really look like appealing or something I would be interested in, but thankfully there were a lot of good options around nearby. "

"A good solid visit. Rooms are very small but conveniently located close to downtown banff. Ski shuttles were regularly outside. Shower and pipes were VERY loud. You cannot sleep through it and the walls were paper thin as well. The Hot Pool was neat but much smaller than the photos and the sauna wasn't kept very hot either. Staff were nice enough and always available however, they didn’t seem very knowledgeable on any local activities or sights to see this time of the year. Mostly got redirected to available brochures, without much input. "
