Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets

Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets

8/10 Good
"Good rooms and overall clean property, kindly ensure to update the hotel during checkin for asthma or allergens so you can get a room away from the wood burning smell, the hotel management was kind enough to relocate us, very good and clean beds and bathroom and ample hot water, the water park and hot tubs are a blessing in winter season, would consider rebooking in future again for sure. The complimentary transit passes are huge help so you can enjoy the city without taking your car everywhere."

8/10 Good
"The rooms were very clean but a little dated and could use a refresh. The shuttle bus was extremely useful as the hotel is too far away from Banff to walk Overall the hotel was expensive for the condition of what was offered"
