This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.」

「This is a beautiful resort to stay in. The accommodation is modern, clean and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay here and were sorry to leave. The staff were friendly and helpful - a big shout out to the two guys on reception, they were especially enthusiastic and happy to assist with all our questions. The resort is far enough away from the main road so you don't hear any noise but in walking distance of everything. Would stay here again without a doubt. Great choices for breakfast and...

「This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot. Some of the food was a bit cold already. Overall speaking, I'm very happy with the stay here.」
