「Dieses Hotel ist einfach ein Traum. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Da wir während der Regenzeit dort waren, haben wir darum gebeten unsere eigentlich gebuchte Zimmerkategorie (panorama Tent - liegt etwa 500 Meter entfernt/oberhalb des eigentlichen Hotels) gegen einen Beachbungalow eintauschen zu dürfen. 「I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. I am sure either they didn't wait until they are dry to put the cases on. The AC was leaking water on my bed and the bathroom was very nasty.」

「We liked not being in the very touristy area but was able to visit multiple times per day ( if we wanted too). All staff were very helpful and the tour shop across the road accommodated all our requests. I would highly recommend this place if you want peace and a relaxing holiday. 」

This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat.
