「Lovely and clean. Room was modern, had a very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. We had a lovey, large balcony on the 6th floor, just a shame the weather meant we didn’t get to use it. The apartments are in a quiet, residential area but not too far from all the attractions and it felt very safe. Staff were also pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return.」

First, my Expedia Platinum status did not result in the room upgrade I requested. Second, there was no pricing information for the mini-bar items in the room. It’s quite confusing to see a fridge full of items without knowing the cost; I didn't feel comfortable consuming anything until I called to confirm, only to be told that only water/coffee were...

「Natasha (on site help) is wonderful, helpful and fun. She cooked fresh eggs each morning. This side street location is quiet, but only a short walk to the water or shopping. We will visit again.」

Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. 」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...
