Comfortable and well-located base for exploration

We had a good time in Malta and Travi Boutique was a quiet (i.e. far enough away from the night life!) and good base from which to walk to Sliema or St Julian’s or catch buses or ferries to other locations. The room was very comfortable - with a fridge which was useful - and the lobby had an area with tables, cutlery, drinks and fruit. There was an issue with the shower on day 2 which we sorted ourselves as after our arrival day there was no-one on reception. Messages to/from via the Hotels.com app were not responded to but come check out once we’d worked out the contact via WhatsApp alternative arrangement we were able to do that OK.

Decent

There is no reception but you can contact them through whatsapp for any questions. It is good if you're there for a quick in and out but if you're visiting as a tourist I would not recommend. Luckily I was there for work and just needed a place to stay. Bad; Found some sort of small mice dropping but scoured the room without any luck. AC was not really functional as they've put restrictions on how cold to turn it in the room. Bed was rather hard and not optimal to sleep on. Good; The Balluta area is perfect for families and consists more of locals than tourists (I'm a former local here for 6 years on the island). The cleaners did an impeccable job.

We stayed one week in a room for 2. the room was clean when we artiges, every 3er day we received new towels, also we didn‘t Place them on the ground to Switch. Within 5 Minuten walking way we were at the Balluta Bay with a lot of Restaurants, Cafés and so so. Also a Bus Station was near the Hotel. Hotel was really quiet to sleep. A live place where you would be able to Eat your Self purchased breakfast (not used by us). All together it was really Perfect and if we will come back to Malta I would Book this accomodation again.
