I was blown away with the hospitality of the housekeepers, they were so helpful and even borrowed a pool basket for us to enjoy a dining experience in the pool. " This was my first time visiting Bali, and everyone’s service was amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Every day, the staff checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The room was very clean; although there were a few little critters, the staff helped right away when we mentioned it. Breakfast was delicious, especially the duck rice at the restaurant—I still miss it after leaving! I’ll definitely come back to this hotel next time. Big thanks to all the staff for their wonderful service. "
