"Everything was brilliant. The people were warm and very friendly, professional and personable. Absolutely amazing service in every aspect - reception, rooms staff, restaurant and bar team, gardeners and security - truly wonderful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was excellent. Our private pool was a dream of peacefulness. Breakfast was particularly good. A wide choice presented really well, and of course it tasted good. Afternoon tea was also a highlight - nice cakes and savouries which I didn’t need but welcomed eagerly every day. Moonstone Beach Club was also a really lovely and relaxed experience. Dinner at both standing stones and mood stone was excellent. Generous portions and tasting great. I will be back to The Royal Purnama. Thanks you to all the team there. "

"The first, middle and last thing you will observe here is the friendliness and kindness of the staff. The natural beauty throughout the resort is woven with such care that every stroll is a communion with nature. The manager was quick to address and meet our need to change cottages. And all just a short Grab ride from the heart of Ubud. The pool area was a sanctuary and all areas blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings."
